We just both love this place. It was very relaxing and calm. You can hear the river just so softly, very clean too... and quaint. We will be going back very soon. Kathy was very easy work with and sweet lady.Really just a nice place to stay. -Nathan and Raquel Dills
We recently stayed for first time at "Linville River" Cottage and wanted to say it was a hidden little treasure ! It is adorable, cozy and immaculately clean ! Kathy does a great job keeping the place up and making sure it is well cared for. The stream in back makes for a very peaceful retreat to listen o the water while sitting on back porch. We had such a great time at this little cottage. Out back was perfect! The place is centrally located to the hiking, Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk. Kathy was very nice to write too and always responded in within 1-2 hours. Hopefully next year when we come back well rent like 5-6 cottages for the whole family! Thanks again! -Jillian P.
